羟基磷灰石的组成和晶体结构羟基磷灰石的理论组成为 Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2,Ca/P 为1.67,但由于受到制备过程的影响,其真正的组成是相当复杂的。 HA 晶体为六方晶系,属L6PC 对称型和P63/m空间群,其结构为六角柱体,与c 轴垂直的面是一个六边形,a、b 轴夹角120º;,其晶胞参数为a=9.43~9.38Å;,c=6.88~6.86Å;,z=2,单位晶胞含有10 个Ca2+、6 个PO43-和2 个OH-。HA 微晶表面具有几种可能的表面状态:(1)当OH 位于晶体表面时,OH 与2个Ca(Ⅱ)离子相连,当HA 在水溶液中时,这个表面OH 位置至少在某一瞬间空缺,由于2 个Ca(Ⅱ)离子带正电荷,形成了一个吸附位置,这个位置能吸附PO43-或大分子上的磷酸根基团或羧基基团。(2)当Ca 离子位于晶体的表面时,由于Ca(Ⅰ)与6 个带负电电荷的O 原子相连,当HA 在水溶液中,表面的Ca(Ⅰ)位置在某一瞬间空缺时,就在Ca(Ⅰ)位置形成较强的吸附位置,能吸附Sr3+、K+等阳离子及蛋白质分子的基团,而在 Ca(Ⅱ)位置则形成一个较弱的吸附位置。(3)PO43-位于晶体的表面时,H2O 通过氢键与PO43-离子结合。
