【产品介绍】HER3/ErbB3 is a member of the ErbB/EGF 
receptor protein tyrosine kinase family (1,2). 
Tyrosine phosphorylation of HER3/ErbB3 depends on 
its association with other ErbB tyrosine kinases 
(3). Phosphorylation sites in the carboxy-terminal 
tail mediate downstream signaling pathways. HER3/ErbB3 
is highly expressed in many cancer cells, and it may 
work together with other Erb members in tumorigenesis 
and proliferation (4, 5).

Western blot analysis on SKBR-3 cell lysates 
using anti-Phospho-HER3 / ErbB3 (pY1197) RabMAb 
(cat. #3850-1). Cells were either (A) untreated (B) 
treated with Neuregulin.

Specificity
A phospho specific peptide corresponding to 
residues surrounding Tyrosine 1197 of human HER3/ErbB3
 was used as an immunogen. This antibody only 
detects HER3/ErbB3 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1197.

Storage：
Store at -20° 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl, 
40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 0.05% BSA. Stable for 
12 months from date of receipt.
