【产品介绍】CD300A, an Ig superfamily member, is present 
on monocytes, neutrophils, and some T and B 
lymphocytes (1,2). It is an inhibitory receptor which
 may contribute to the down-regulation of cytolytic 
activity in natural killer (NK) cells, and to 
the down-regulation of mast cell degranulation (3). It 
has been indicated that CD300A as a candidate target 
for future treatment of allergic and mast 
cell-associated diseases (1).
