Character:
黑褐色或棕黑色无定形粉末。溶于氢氧化碱和碳酸溶液,溶于热浓硝酸呈深红色。有亲水性、离子交换性、络合性、分散性等综合性能。可聚合,其聚合物(聚腐殖酸)有耐热、耐盐性能。
腐植酸是植物残体,经煤化过程和生物化学作用而形成的天然矿化有机羧酸聚合物,没有定形的分子式和分子量,按其理化特征和分子量大小,可分为黄腐酸、棕腐酸、黑腐酸三种类型;黄腐酸分子量小(可溶于PH<2)的酸性溶液,活性官能团(总酸基9-10meg/克)、生物活性高、适宜做药用原料,棕腐酸次之、黑腐酸较差。所以,一般口服或注射腐植酸,都采用高纯度的黄腐酸;分子量较大的棕黑腐酸(或总HA),一般用于胃溃疡、烧烫伤、风湿关节炎火外伤止血等。
