Character:
无色斜方晶系结晶。无味。微吸湿。加热至225-250℃生成酸性焦磷酸钠,350-400℃形成偏磷酸钠。半数致死量(大鼠,肌肉)250mg/kg。易溶于水,水溶液呈酸性,在湿空气中能结块,几乎不溶于乙醇。加热至100℃时则脱水,在190-210℃时生成焦磷酸钠,在280-300℃分解为偏磷酸钠。水中溶解度:850 g/L (20°C)
