【产品介绍】Evi-1 is a transcriptional regulator 
and oncoprotein that may be involved in 
hematopoiesis, apoptosis, development, and 
cell differentiation and proliferation. It can interact 
with CTBP1, SMAD3, CREBBP, KAT2B, MAPK8, and MAPK9. 
Evi-1 can undergo a mutation with AML1, resulting
 in overexpression of this protein and the onset of 
leukemia (1).
